• Manage an array of execution platforms including fundraising technology, growth marketing platforms, social media management tools, website CMS, and reporting/analytics tools
• Develop and nurture multiple messaging channels
• Focus on the life cycle of targeted audiences
• Analyze data to make informed decisions on strategy and tactics
• Utilize AI tools to streamline processes, automate tasks, and solve problems
• Manage customer budgets and effectively communicate performance insights with key stakeholders
• Collaborate across teams and systems

• Above all else: A self-starter who can work independently
• Basic understanding of political and non-profit fundraising strategies and associated platforms.
• Ready and willing to learn new platforms quickly
• Highly analytical – comfortable in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel), and able to analyze and act on on data quickly
• Excellent organizational skills, superb attention to detail, and strong proactive communication skills
• Proficiency using AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and solve complicated problems
• Demonstrate ability to problem-solve and make big changes on the fly
• Interest in politics and current events

• Political campaign or political agency experience
• Experience with video & audio editing tools (iMovie, CapCut, Creative Suite)
• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Affinity)
• Experience with generative AI (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, ElevenLabs)
• Vibe coding experience (Replit, Canva Code)
• Managing prospecting lists and/or budgets
• Analyzing data and producing reports
